[CS1] Design Manager

The design manager is where you'll create new component designs. 

You can name the design, set the project, component type, and what type of back it has. You can set what data will be used to render it, and how it should be oriented. You can also get into the design editor from here, or by clicking on the arrow, export to a variety of formats.
